Stronghold Radio is currently in pre-launch. This site is a waitlist page — its sole purpose is to collect email addresses from people who want to be notified when the Stronghold Radio app launches. There are no purchases, no accounts, and no user logins.
We collect only what you voluntarily provide:
We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, payment information, or any other personal details unless you choose to include them in a direct email to us.
Your email address is used for one purpose only:
We may occasionally send related pre-launch updates (e.g., beta access invitations, progress announcements). Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time with one click — no questions asked.
We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to manage our email list. When you submit your email address on this Site, it is transmitted to and stored by Kit. Kit acts as our email service provider and processes your data on our behalf.
Kit's privacy practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy. We do not grant Kit permission to use your data for their own marketing purposes.
This site does not currently use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising. Basic server-level logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp) may be retained by our hosting provider, Vercel, as part of standard infrastructure operations. These logs are not used to identify or track individual visitors.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. Period.
Your email address remains on our list until you unsubscribe or request deletion. To have your email removed at any time, click the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or contact us directly at tracy@strongholdcompass.com.

This Site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to this Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We take reasonable precautions to protect the information you provide. Email submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. However, no method of internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
